Sundays River Valley Local Municipality invites unemployed graduates to apply for 5 x Finance Internship Programmme 2021. The interns are for the period 24 months.

Internship Location: Kirkwood, Eastern Cape
Remuneration: R100 000 p.a
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment to the under mentioned positions. Sundays River Valley Municipality subscribes to the principles of employment equity as espoused in the relevant legislation.
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- B Com degree/ National Diploma in Accounting/ Financial management/ Cost management or Equivalent,
- Computer Literacy,
- An incumbent must at least have Accounting II.
Responsibilities
- Training in all section of Finance.
- Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer through Section Heads.
- Implementing MFMA, GRAP and financial management reforms.
- Perform debtors and creditors clerk duties/ function.
- Safeguard, maintain and update asset register.
- Incumbent will have the pleasure to rotate in all sections in the finance department.
